Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our proposal strategy and secure high-value contracts. As a Bid & Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and creativity.

You will oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Your research skills will help influence new business opportunities, while your ability to develop winning strategies will articulate our value proposition and benefits.

Collaborating with global and local teams, you will align solutions with client needs and implement Gen AI in research tasks and daily activities. Your storytelling skills will create impactful case studies, decks, and proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.

Maintaining a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets will accelerate future bids. You will also track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc
