Senior Paraplanner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Paraplanner with a strong background in technical financial advice support to join our team. This role involves working closely with senior advisers to prepare compliant Statements of Advice and Records of Advice, conducting detailed financial modelling, legislative research, and product analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing complex financial strategy papers outlining the rationale, benefits, risks, and implementation approach for recommended strategies.
  • Translating complex financial scenarios into clear, client-ready written strategies.
  • Collaborating with advisers to refine and present strategy documentation during the advice process.

Additional responsibilities include executing full pre-boarding, onboarding, and implementation of client strategies, managing rollovers, contributions, investment switches, insurance applications, and other advice actions from end to end, and communicating with clients and providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all implementation tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in paraplanning or technical financial advice support roles.
  • Strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing detailed strategy papers and advice narratives.
  • Advanced working knowledge of XPLAN (mandatory) and GoHighLevel (GHL) (preferred).
  • Excellent written English and technical communication skills.
  • Strong time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and deliver results at a high standard.
