Financial Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team in the USA. This is a full-time remote position offering excellent growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will work directly with our team based in the USA, utilizing their expertise in accounting practices to maintain financial stability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounts, including inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations and entries.
  • Process purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconcile vendor accounts accurately.
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, credit memos, and reconcile customer accounts efficiently.
  • Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties promptly.
  • Perform general accrual accounting tasks, monitoring budgets and cash flow for financial stability.
  • Prepare and send year-end tax documents to accountants as required.
  • Generate periodic financial reports as assigned, and perform journal entries as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Inventory management tools, and Shipstation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
