Senior Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our financial reporting, statutory audits, and accounting functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controllership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex business issues effectively.

  • Lead the financial reporting of the Group, including standalone, subsidiaries and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS / IFRS on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Lead the quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits of the Group entities.
  • Responsible for implementation, monitoring, and auditing of the ICOFR including GITC and ITAC controls.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise for various existing and potential accounting matters.
  • Leading stakeholders' relationship with external technical consultants, statutory auditors, and investors on preparation, finalization, and reporting of accounting memos across various matters.
  • Preparing and reporting of monthly MIS-FS to stakeholders.

Qualification Required:

  • Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.
  • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
