Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Operations Specialist to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support our organization's growth.

This role involves overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring they meet industry standards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with teams to develop budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and recommend cost optimization strategies.

An additional focus area is vendor management and collections. You will also need to stay up-to-date on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations, as well as communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA Inter certification is an asset.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
