Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA) and proven experience across multiple business cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert, driving adoption and optimization of financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles:
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C): Streamline billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Oversee purchasing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
    • Plan-to-Product: Support costing, product lifecycle, and profitability analysis.
    • Request-to-Service (R2S): Align service delivery with financial and operational KPIs.
  • Provide business insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new projects and investments.
  • Support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Build and mentor finance teams to strengthen organizational capability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
