  • Lead accounting operations, including financial reporting and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by outsourced accounting partners.
  • Drive accounting processes for procure-to-pay cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
    • Manage compliance with US GAAP and Local Tax and Accounting regulations.
    • Evaluate accuracy of financial data.
    • Oversee accounting operations for all legal entities.
  • Compliance:
    • Maintain and update a compliance calendar for multiple geographies.
    • Manage vendor invoices, record payments, and ensure tax compliance.
  • Financial Analysis and Process Set Up:
    • Provide support to the executive team on financial analysis.
    • Assist in setting up financial processes for new initiatives.
  • People / Stakeholder Management:
    • Guide a team of accounting professionals.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities.
