Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning and strategy implementation, promoting efficiency and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain all financial controls and systems within the organization, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manufacturing and plant-related controls and compliance are critical, including factory laws, inventory management skills, and product costing.
  • Implementation of process automation and maximising usage of SAP to streamline financial processes is essential.
  • Engage with global business stakeholders and local functional heads across supply chain and commercial operations.
  • MIS review along with the CFO and Business team provides insights into business performance and prepares projections for the rest of the year.
Requirements
  • Qualified CA/CMA is mandatory.
  • Professional qualification as a Company Secretary is considered beneficial.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in handling similar roles.
  • Prior experience in the Food & Agri sector or product-based manufacturing companies is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru is essential.
