Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

About the Job:

  • Develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade billing applications by crafting solutions that drive business value.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request, and change management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner through diligent problem-solving and technical expertise.
  • Write and optimize code in various programming languages to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities to meet project timelines.
  • Provide support for billing-related processes and systems, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in on-call standby support as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong coding ability in multiple programming languages, with expertise in software development life cycles.
  • Experience in troubleshooting errors and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Prior experience in billing applications and a strong understanding of billing workflows to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Qualification & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with a focus on software engineering and development.
  • Any certification in related technologies would be an added advantage, showcasing expertise and commitment.
