Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Program Director to lead the development and maintenance of high-performance trading applications. This is an opportunity for experienced professionals with expertise in C++ and C# programming languages to showcase their skills and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure system stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs with internal systems.
- Optimize codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance.
- Monitor and support production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and software development.
- Strong proficiency in C++, C#, and API integration.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
