We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our daily operations, oversee quality control, and ensure seamless coordination with clients and corporate institutions. This role requires effective project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and Corporate Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and corporate institutions, ensuring efficient service delivery through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing company, ensuring production and delivery schedules are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet or exceed industry standards, conducting regular quality checks and audits to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Touring: Be prepared for frequent travel to meet clients, visit corporate institutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for coordinating with clients and corporate institutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations and production schedules.
  • A solid understanding of quality control procedures and the ability to conduct audits.
  • The ability and willingness for frequent travel.
