Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lab Director located in Gurgaon The Lab Director will oversee daily laboratory operations, including ensuring quality control, adhering to regulations, and managing laboratory staff. Responsibilities include leading the pathology and laboratory medicine departments, supervising biochemistry,Hematology ,Serology processes, and conducting diagnostic testing while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Pathology and Laboratory Medicine skills
- Laboratory Skills
- Experience in Quality Control procedures
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Experience in managing laboratory operations and staff
- Professional certifications and memberships in relevant medical organizations
- Doctoral degree in relevant field (e.g., MD) is preferred
