Project Director Position:

- We are looking for a seasoned and accomplished leader to oversee our project management office and steer the success of our forthcoming manufacturing projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall direction of projects, including coordinating with regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and supervising project team members.

- Provide strategic guidance and technical, operational, financial, and managerial oversight for successful project implementation.

- Manage project execution, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance.

- Select and train qualified project staff, assign clear roles and responsibilities, provide effective supervision, and manage performance to ensure efficient operations.

- Oversee the selection of third-party vendors, design and implement SOPs for their selection and efficient performance, and monitor their activities.

- Ensure project results meet specified requirements within project timelines, quality standards, and parameters.

- Develop and monitor budgets, conduct monthly reviews, and ensure accountability for all project activities and accurate timely reporting of financial deliverables.

- Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders, coordinate organizational relationships with partners, and meet necessary operational standards.

- Work closely with regulatory bodies for necessary approvals, sanctions, and representation.

- Promote the project through leadership and advocacy.
