We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, problem-solving, and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute performance test plans using industry-standard tools.
  • Develop custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor applications running in Kubernetes clusters and perform testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, and Shell for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in DevOps environments.
  • Exposure to other performance testing tools.
