Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to provide day-to-day clinical quality assurance support across ongoing clinical trials.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with Veeva QMS, is highly tech-savvy, and can effectively support clinical operations teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and internal quality standards, providing QA expertise during study calls, writing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing and tracking quality processes within Veeva QMS.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in GCP, prior experience supporting clinical study teams, and hands-on experience with Veeva QMS. They must also be proficient in MS Office and skilled in technical writing, SOP drafting, and document formatting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with GCP and internal quality standards
  • Provide QA expertise during study calls
  • Write, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage and track quality processes within Veeva QMS
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of Clinical Quality Assurance experience with a strong foundation in GCP
  • Prior experience supporting clinical study teams in a QA capacity
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS
