We're seeking a meticulous Software Quality Assurance Specialist to drive our testing efforts.

Job Description:

  • Define the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.
  • Deliver comprehensive status updates to senior testing leads, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Spearhead quality assurance initiatives by working closely with business analysts, functional leads, and the development team.
  • Develop and manage test plans, design test scenarios, and cases to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Track and report bugs, coordinate defect resolution, and implement effective quality management techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce domain testing, with expertise in mobile and web testing.
  • Proven skills in API testing, with in-depth knowledge of SDLC phases and methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
  • Able to craft and execute test plans, performing various types of testing, including Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify test scenarios and estimate test effort.
  • Experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects.
  • Good understanding of performance testing and Firebase Analytics.
  • Familiarity with mobile testing tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
