Job Overview:

We are seeking an empathetic and skilled professional to join our organization as a Workplace Relations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with employees, developing effective workplace relations practices, and addressing employment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with business consultants.
  • Implement sound resolutions and address complex questions and issues affecting consultants.
  • Advise and influence all levels of management on complex workplace relations decisions to ensure a high-quality experience for consultants.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns.
  • Generate business leads and opportunities through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants.
  • Design and implement analytical models to track trends and performance metrics.
  • Directly handle a caseload of highly complex workplace relations matters and investigations.
  • Partner with delivery managers to leverage business leads and increase consultant retention.
