Job Overview:

The Corporate Facility Management (CFM) Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of corporate facilities to provide a safe, functional, and sustainable work environment.

  • Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize facility operations across multiple sites.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including building maintenance, security, cleaning services, space planning, and workplace safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective facility maintenance and projects.
  • Oversee capital expenditure and operational budgets related to facility management, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
  • Lead and supervise facility management teams, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Manage emergency response and disaster recovery plans related to facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace improvements, renovations, and space utilization initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in facility management software and budgeting. A bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is required, along with proven experience (5+ years) in facility management or corporate services management.
