Business Transformation Lead

Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across UK, US and India regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans, annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Prepare, analyze and present financial results to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and track performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards for board meetings and executive reviews.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation and efficiency.
  • Mentor and manage the team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • CA or MBA with 20 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance and business finance.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodologies.
