We're looking for a forward-thinking professional to take on the role of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for our market in Hyderabad. You will be a highly collaborative finance business partner, performing FP&A activities and demonstrating exceptional expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

This is a site-essential role, requiring 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. As a valued member of our team, you will be expected to hold yourself and others to timelines, quality, and accuracy while articulating material risks and opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with a Master's degree (e.g., MBA) preferred and/or CA/CPA equivalent preferred.
