Project Management Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the coordination and operation of digital projects, specifically email marketing campaigns.

Job Summary: As Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery. Key tasks include coordinating with developers and client contacts, conducting quality assurance testing, securing client approval, scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, guiding clients on account protocols, and generating metrics reports.

  • Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A high level of adaptability is essential, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus but not required.
