Job Description

Drive revenue growth by developing and executing multi-channel outbound campaigns aligned with business objectives.

As a key member of our sales engine, you will be responsible for designing and launching high-performing campaigns that drive results. Your primary focus will be on creating personalized experiences for our target audience through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
