Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our inbound operations, you will be responsible for managing B2B travel queries from international agents, designing customized itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences, handling end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners, overseeing travel documentation, and providing real-time tour support.

About the Role
  • This is a dynamic and detail-oriented role that requires strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • You will work closely with international travel partners and on-ground suppliers to curate unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.
  • Your ability to think creatively and stay updated on destination trends will be essential in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage B2B travel queries from international agents
  • Design customized itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet
