Job Title: Project Oversight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage consulting projects within the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, adhering to company procedures and approval processes.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
