We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support our finance operations with a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). This role involves daily income audits, cashiering duties, and accounting responsibilities ensuring accurate financial records and adherence to company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily Income Audit:">
    • ">
    • Prepare and circulate daily sales reports among department heads and owners;">
    • Run day-end in Jonas System and generate necessary reports by departments/outlets;">
    • Audit all revenue transactions for accuracy;">
    • Prepare management reports as required.">
    ">
  • Cashiering:">
    • ">
    • Collect and count cashier envelopes daily with a witness;">
    • Record all amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report;">
    • Manage and reconcile petty cash;">
    • Supervise outlet cashiering staff.">
    ">
  • Accounting:">
    • ">
    • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations;">
    • Assist with financial reporting;">
    • Maintain proper filing;">
    • Support the finance team with general accounting duties.">

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years related experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience;">
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken);">
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems;">
  • Attention to detail with ability to assess financial information.">
