Job Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing professional to spearhead our team's growth. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and marketing, who can think creatively and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM systems, compose emails, draft proposals, and respond to leads on a daily basis.
- Optimize tools, build email infrastructure, and own the lead scraping and enrichment process.
- Design and iterate prompt templates, run A/B tests, and monitor campaign performance.
- Track prospect lifecycle performance metrics, create clear documentation, and surface insights weekly.
- Set up and manage data flows between tools, recommend new tooling as needed, and introduce automations and tools to make processes faster and smoother.
Requirements:
- Be a systems thinker and creative problem solver with a strong intrinsic desire to drive continual process improvement.
- Have high resourcefulness, a sense of urgency, and exceptional organisational skills.
- Possess a deep sense of caring toward your work and the people you do it with, be eager to collaborate with others, and have fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Hold a minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical GTM, sales engineering, marketing ops, or RevOps role.
- Have a working knowledge of B2B lead generation tools and demonstrated ability to manage cold outbound systems at scale, with a preference for a startup environment.
