Insurance Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Team Lead to join Anni solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals to take their career to the next level and lead a team of insurance agents in achieving our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard new life insurance agents, providing them with the necessary training and support to succeed.
2. Agent Activation: Activate and motivate existing agents, driving sales performance and productivity through effective coaching and mentoring.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying opportunities and challenges in the market.
4. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve results.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 Years Field Sales Experience
2. Local Sales Experience (at least 2 years)
3. Strong Leadership Skills
4. Excellent Communication and Coaching Abilities
Benefits:
Salary Band: ₹ 2.5 LPA to ₹ 4 LPA (Medical Insurance + incentives based on Performance)
Location: Son Of Soil or at least 2 years local sales experience preferred
