Operations Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Ghaziabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational activities per agreed service level agreements and managing workflow, handling escalations and proactively engaging resources to address issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the creation of the short and long-term Business Unit strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and execute agreed strategies.
  • Operational Management: Ensure operational activities are delivered per the agreed service level agreement.
  • Workflow Management: Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Critical Skills: Proven track record of providing excellent levels of client service across varied processes & stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, including the implementation of best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
