Job Title: Operations Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Process Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management, with a strong background in process improvement and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to improve operational performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree: In Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Technical skills: Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Personal qualities: A high ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
