Job Description

As a key member of our global operations team, you will play a vital role in driving business success by analyzing and improving business processes.

This full-time position involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in the implementation of solutions, and monitor quality of service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analysing business workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation across teams, geographies, and tools
  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely goal achievement
  • Gaining a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development
  • Maintaining project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
  • Demonstrating excellent written communication skills by documenting work to a high professional standard

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • A basic understanding of business process modelling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks

Additional experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com, and knowledge of ecommerce systems would be an asset.
