Job Posting: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Finance & Controlling expert to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our global business processes. As a key member of our team, you will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, providing expertise in SAP FICO configuration, process improvements, project delivery, and support.

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, etc.) in alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Analyze complex business processes and propose best-practice SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good knowledge of Financial Accounting Business Processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze current processes, and gather functional specifications.
  • Provide day-to-day L2/L3 support for SAP FICO issues and coordinate with external partners if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Create and maintain clear functional documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of strong hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably including S/4HANA.
