What You Will Do

As an Inside Sales Specialist at SHI | Locuz, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, managing sales cycles, and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, and qualify them as leads.
  • Drive the sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, understanding customer pain points and matching them with appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, data protection, network security, and cloud security, and articulate their benefits to customers.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to prospective clients, follow up with leads, and address inquiries and concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical experts to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Track all sales activities in the CRM and maintain an up-to-date record of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within IT, cybersecurity, or technology services.
  • Familiarity with selling cybersecurity solutions such as network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
