Cloud Inside Sales Representative Full time

Job Description:

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities within the cloud services sector.

- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations to initiate sales process.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and facilitate sales closure.

- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to provide insights to customers and internal teams.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through diligent prospecting and lead qualification efforts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up activities.

- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns aligned with sales objectives.

- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding customer needs and market demands.

- Participate in regular sales training and professional development sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Proven inside sales experience in the technology industry, preferably selling cloud services or software solutions.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
