Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR documentation specialist to join our team as a project coordinator - HR services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating various documents, templates, processes, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
  1. Create tailor-made documents, policies, and processes: Independently create various HR documents as per the project brief. You will also receive training and mentorship for creating templates for a range of HR documents from letters to policies to checklists, forms, etc.
  2. Execute day-to-day project deliverables: Execute the day-to-day project deliverables as per the agreed monthly plan. This involves a range of HR areas like employee lifecycle management, employee experience management, talent management, employee engagement, employee connect, training need identification, etc.
  3. Update and manage project trackers: Update and manage the project tracker on a daily basis; be hands-on with regards to project status and changes assigned from time to time.
  4. Client SPOC Engagement: Interact with client SPOCs about ongoing projects, solve queries pertaining to submission of documents, etc.
  5. Other Tasks: Creation of MIS, dashboard, project reports in Excel; maintain weekly status updates on projects and assist in creation of final project reports.
  6. Monthly HR Audits: Conduct regular HR audits to ensure that the project is on track with regards to compliance, timelines, documentation, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders should excite you.
  • Understanding requirements and creating various templates should come naturally to you.
  • You should be extremely positive to learn, grasp, and implement learnings.
  • You are extremely comfortable in interacting with people and love providing solutions.
  • You are open to exploring the best practices in the area of work and happy to explore the same by way of conducting research in various ways.
  • Solution-focused: look at possibilities rather than limitations and work towards resolving issues in a thoughtful manner.
  • Multi-tasking: you should be able to switch gears and move between tasks smoothly, being mindful of priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Graduate. PG Diploma or any Certification Course in HR is an added advantage.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in the area of documentation, process coordination, project management, project coordination role.

Language Skills

English and Hindi are mandatory both spoken and written. Any other language will be an added advantage.

Travel Requirements

The job requires primarily operating from the office/home and on a case-to-case basis, the role may require visiting clients.

Estimated Salary

Rupees 8.50 Lakhs - 12.00 Lakhs per annum (estimated based on location and industry standards)
