Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Document Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating various documents, templates, processes, and project coordination.
Responsibilities- Create tailor-made documents, policies, and processes independently, with opportunities for training and mentorship.
- Execute day-to-day project deliverables as per the agreed monthly plan, encompassing HR areas like employee lifecycle management, employee experience management, talent management, employee engagement, employee connect, training need identification, and more.
- Update and manage the project tracker on a daily basis, ensuring hands-on project status and changes assigned from time to time.
- Client SPOC Engagement: Interact with client SPOC regarding ongoing projects, resolve queries related to document submission, and other tasks.
- Creation of MIS, Dashboard, Project Reports in Excel; Maintain Weekly Status Update on Project & assist in creation of final project report.
- Monthly HR audits: Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance, timelines, documentation, and project progress.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders should excite you.
- Understanding requirements and creating various templates should come naturally to you.
- Research & application of the same.
- You should be extremely positive to learn, grasp & implement learnings.
- You are extremely comfortable in interacting with people & love providing solutions.
- You are open to explore the best practice in the area of work & happy to explore the same by way of conducting research in various ways.
- Solution-focused: look at possibilities rather than limitations and work towards resolving issues in a thought-through manner.
- Multi-tasking: you should be able to switch gears and move between tasks smoothly, being mindful of priorities and deadlines.
- Minimum Graduate. PG Diploma or any Certification Course in HR is added advantage.
- Experience – 6 months to 2 years of in the area of Documentation, Process Coordination, Project Mgmt, Project Coordination role.
- Industry – Any.
- English, Hindi is Mandatory both Spoken & Written. Any other language will be an added advantage.
- Job Requires Primarily to operate form office/home and on case to case basis the role will require to visit client.
