About the Role:
- We are seeking a Digital Talent Acquisition Strategist who will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality lead generation and building a robust talent pipeline through targeted social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies aimed at engaging healthcare professionals and attracting top talent.
- Source and pre-qualify leads from social media platforms and online communities, leveraging expertise in audience segmentation and digital funnels.
- Create and manage compelling content (graphics, reels, stories, posts) to promote job opportunities and company culture, utilizing basic graphic design skills and copywriting experience.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance, ensuring alignment with staffing priorities and goals.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align marketing efforts with business objectives, fostering a growth mindset and ability to work independently.
- Analyze and report on lead conversion rates and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, sourcing, or lead generation, ideally in healthcare or staffing, with proven success using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or other platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, audience segmentation, and digital funnels, with excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs, ATS systems, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Bullhorn, etc.) is a plus, enabling seamless integration and data-driven decision-making.
