Workday Expense Analyst Position

A key role in the finance department, this Workday Expense Analyst will provide expertise on the configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of expense management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Accuracy and Enhancement: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless enhancements of new features and functionality in the expense module.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance on Workday best practices and partner with COEs to understand pain points and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead Finance Expenses Workstream: Design, configure, test, and deploy business processes and solutions using Workday.
  • Configuration and Testing: Understand business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through testing systems, and assist the business in testing the solution.
Requirements:
  • Workday Experience: 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in HCM.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and business users.
