Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning and execution: set clear goals and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Leading cross-functional teams: empower functional heads and group shared services to achieve business objectives.
  • Market expansion: drive growth in key geographies including the Middle East, Europe, North America, and SE Asia.
  • Business development: build channel/partner ecosystems and negotiate long-cycle contracts with key accounts.
  • Operational excellence: modernize manufacturing processes, improve throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality.
  • Digital transformation: lead ERP implementation and data-driven governance initiatives.
  • Supply chain management: strengthen resilience through vendor development and strategic sourcing.
  • Performance culture: establish clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.
What We're Looking For (Capability & Experience)
  • 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
