Site Quality Lead

The Site Quality Lead is accountable for the overall effectiveness of our site's quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality plan, including policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce waste.
  • Provide guidance and support to production staff on quality-related issues, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g. chemistry, biology, engineering).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
