Job Title: Chargeback and Dispute Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chargeback and Dispute Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily chargeback cases, investigating disputes thoroughly, and identifying trends and root causes of disputes.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily chargeback cases promptly to minimize financial exposure.
  • Investigate disputes thoroughly and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Identify trends and root causes of disputes, recommending corrective actions.
  • Analyze dispute data to identify high-risk merchants or patterns leading to chargebacks.
  • Collaborate with merchants to implement fraud prevention tools and best practices.
  • Share regular insights with stakeholders to improve dispute win rates.
  • Design and continuously improve operational processes for chargeback handling.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies.
  • Balance risk mitigation with service delivery to protect profitability.
