Job Title:

Quality Team Lead

The ideal candidate will oversee a team responsible for quality checks of map data, requiring a strong understanding of mapping data quality frameworks, processes and standards. They will be accountable for leading the team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Quality analysts to accomplish their objectives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate data quality challenges.
  • Implement effective data quality policies and validation rules.
  • Monitor daily activities to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality metrics, and client guidelines.
  • Track team performance using data quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable feedback.
  • Analyze complex data related to quality control processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.
  • Certifications in quality management such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma are desirable.

Experience:

  • At least five years of experience in quality control management.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • One year of experience in a Quality supervisory role or two years of experience in a Quality Analyst role.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
