About the Role

As an IT Asset and ESG Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of software and hardware purchased by the entity for new projects and existing install base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage inventory of software/hardware purchased by the entity for new projects and existing install base.
  2. Contribute to the evolution of software policy and licenses management.
  3. Ability to coordinate different projects in parallel.
  4. Manage the reuse of equipment, including identifying vendors, testing solutions, and implementing processes.
  5. Manage the industrialization of equipment reuse, including identifying financial and legal processes, testing, and implementing.
  6. Manage the ordering tool to maximize orders of refurbished equipment and audit the process after three months.
  7. Perform regular audits on used and unused equipment to optimize consumption.
  8. Follow up on the CO2 footprint of equipment, analyzing and regularly completing the inventory.
  9. Contribute to ESG and Circular Economy governance and propose new solutions to improve the Circular Economy roadmap.
  10. Manage and maintain Orange inventories for customer-supported equipment, ensuring consistency with vendor inventories.
  11. Work closely with internal teams to ensure awareness of vendor interlock workflows and provide training or coaching sessions.
  12. Process requests for additions or removals of assets from support inventories and databases.
  13. Periodically review pricing, support, and service level agreements with vendors in coordination with sourcing and procurement.
  14. Manage End of Service Life (EOSL) by identifying equipment and licenses reaching EOSL and executing an action plan.
  15. Communicate regularly on usage according to vendor contracts and send warnings for discrepancies.
  16. Ability to analyze inventories and identify discrepancies.
  17. Ability to understand, prepare, and present annual budgets.
About You

You should have 6-10 years of experience in IT Asset management and ESG topics, with a keen interest in environmental, social, and governance issues.

You should have advanced knowledge of IT Asset management, including infrastructure like systems, storage, and licenses, as well as IT Service Management Processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Configuration Management.

You should be ITIL Certified and have strong communication skills, both written and oral.

You should be autonomous, with good organization and coordination skills, and be able to work closely with different teams.
