As a Key Account Manager – Business Development, you will be responsible for managing enterprise big and medium merchants, cross-selling, acquisition & servicing of merchants acquired through online and offline platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise big and medium merchants
  • Cross-sell, acquisition & servicing of merchants
  • Reach out to merchants on a daily basis for business continuation, drop, uplift and more with issue resolution and reconciliations

Requirements & Skills:

  • 5-9 years of experience in online Payment's/POS sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment
  • Collaborative working style
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business or related field
