- Executing the steps of the application packaging process within SLA limits, including intake, packaging, technical testing, documentation, deployment, maintenance, and resolving incidents related to packages
You will need to respond to and resolve assigned incidents, implement requests and changes, and update the customer and ITSM ticket throughout its lifecycle.
Key QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in preparing applications for deployment on Windows Operating Systems using setup commands/scripting, repackaging, and customizing setup applications using tooling such as InstallShield, RayPack, etc.
Required skills include thorough knowledge of MSI and MSIX packaging frameworks, Windows 11 and AD Group Policies, intermediate PowerShell Scripting, basic VB scripting, operational knowledge of Microsoft Intune, excellent troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills, and proficiency in English.
