Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Developing relationships with hiring managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
  • Creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms, including social media
  • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Screening resumes and CVs and managing job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, social networks, and recruitment software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
