Email Security Specialist Role Overview

Our team is seeking an Email Security Analyst to work on a project focused on Email DMARC alignment. The successful candidate will collaborate with application owners to align their applications with our DMARC policies.

This role requires strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical. You will need to communicate DNS changes to technical staff and work with application owners to implement necessary changes.

  • Detailed understanding of DNS records, specifically MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, is essential for this role.
    • Prior experience with Proofpoint POD and EFD is a significant advantage.
      • In-depth knowledge of mail flow with Google, Exchange Online, and Exchange Hybrid is required.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Collaborate with application owners to align their applications with DMARC policies
      • Communicate DNS changes to technical staff
      • Work with application owners to implement necessary changes
      Requirements:
      • Detailed understanding of DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
