Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Manager will lead the East Region for Digital Building IBMS Partner EU sales, focusing on DBPRD, Building automation, Fire Alarm System, Access Control, and CCTV surveillance in targeted segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business plan for regional EcoXpert DBPRD Partners growth aligned with focused resilient segments, working closely with Segments Prescription teams.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations explaining key technical aspects of solutions that benefit prospective customers, consultants, PMC, contractors, etc.
  • Drive development, saturate Key Accounts, and End Users in the Region through innovative Solutions Offers aligning with customer needs.
  • Closely work with prescription teams to develop strong prescriptions, demand generation for the region, and close opportunities through targeted Customers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate good domain knowledge of IBMS vendors, Cost, value proposition, etc.
  • Provide clear and accurate responses for RFPs and contribute technical solutions directly to proposals.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms, including Legal, Finance, Payment, and other terms, seeking appropriate approvals as per the organization approval matrix.
  • Think critically and suggest improvements leading to cost savings or client benefits.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in IBMS, Fire and Safety, Energy Efficiency solutions related industry, sales background based in East.
  • People team handling experience with influential leadership skills.
  • Strong connect with Consultants, Clients, MEP, Fitout Contractors, and GC.
  • Strong techno-commercial negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interface and influence other parts of the organization in positioning business case for pursuits.
  • Good communication, inter-personnel, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency, proactive, and flourish with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Networking skills.
