Product Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) product services portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective financial products for MSME businesses that increase company profitability and build customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
2. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle of the MSME product services portfolio including ideation, concept development, market analysis, product design, and launch.
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential product opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and pricing strategies and incorporate changes whenever required.
5. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in alignment with business objectives and market requirements.
6. Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
