Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is a management role where you will oversee various aspects of financial planning and analysis. These include budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the client organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:">
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting">
  • Manage FP&A teams ensuring CPI/KPIs are met">
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support">
  • Timely and accurate financial information delivery to senior management">
  • Evaluate business decisions based on insights created">
  • Forecast performance and strategic positioning">
  • Analyze detailed metrics: revenue, cost, cash flow, pricing, labor trends, inflation, etc.">

  • ">
  • Master's degree in finance & accounting/MBAs/CA.">
  • Small team (4-5 FTEs) management experience preferred.">
  • Intermediate or advanced level user with relational databases (Access, Oracle, or other).">
  • Proficient in manipulating financial data for analysis and reporting.">
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.">
  • Experience with SAS/SQL preferred.">
  • Previous health insurance industry experience preferred.">
  • Exposure to Power BI as a dashboarding & reporting tool.">
  • Domain Knowledge: understands relevant financial standards, regulations, and company-specific procedures.">
  • Autonomy & Decision-Making: makes decisions about how to approach tasks within a specific area independently guided by precedent and documented procedures, with some room for interpretation.">
