We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end FP&A support to markets and countries, driving business growth and profitability through informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams and functions, including general management, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, and HR, to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain business planning and forecasting processes, including quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and 3-year strategic plans.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Partner with market and country leadership to improve margin management, reduce non-material costs, and enhance customer profitability.
- Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects and attend key business meetings to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
- Chartered Accountant certification or equivalent experience
- Excellent people management and communication skills

- At least 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in the FP&A domain
